Top US General Mark Milley has said that Russia’s military is in disarray and its morale is low.

Speaking at NATO headquarters in Brussels, Mark Milley said the Russian military was in disarray, its leadership was inconsistent and morale was low.

He said that the Russian army is currently sitting in defensive positions. Mark Milley praised Ukraine’s initial response and warned of a “very difficult fight” ahead.

Regarding the delivery of F-16 aircraft, the US general said that Ukraine has a long way to go for the delivery of F-16 aircraft, it will have to adopt its full procedures before the delivery of the aircraft, which will take time.

“I think it’s premature to give any specific date when F-16s or any other advanced aircraft will be introduced to fight in Ukraine because there’s still a lot of work to be done,” he said. The pilot must be trained.

At the G7 meeting in May, US President Joe Biden announced that allies would be allowed to train Ukrainian troops on US-made aircraft.
