The woman said that the accused left her helpless on the road in the city, the names of all the accused could not be known, but one accused was called Aftab.

The victim said that if the accused were brought in front of me, I could identify them, their faces are clearly visible in the video, including all the people who raped her. He demanded to be punished.

After the woman was produced before a magistrate, the statement of the alleged gang-rape was recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, said Howari District Superintendent of Police Anshu Kumar.

The police officer said that the woman did not allege gang-rape in the initial statement, but section 376 of gang-rape was also included and she alleged that she was gang-raped by 7 persons, 3 of whom were earlier.
