Elon Musk’s ex-girlfriend Grimes has filed a lawsuit against the world’s richest man for access to her child.

Elon Musk, 52, and Grimes, 35, had been together since 2018 and split in 2021, according to the global news agency. During which three children were also born, but both of them were not married.

Elon Musk and Grimes had their first son named X AE A-12, and then had a daughter named Exa Dark Siderael Musk via surrogacy in 2021, while their third child was named Technomechanics.

Information about the third child first emerged last month in journalist Waltz Isaacson’s biography of Elon Musk, but the couple’s two children were previously known.

Elon Musk had two failed marriages before his friendship with Grimes. He remarried a year after divorcing his second wife, but this relationship ended in divorce again after three years.

Elon Musk makes conflicting claims regarding his children and most say he has 11 children and some say 10. These children are from two wives and a girlfriend.

Girlfriend Grimes claims in her petition that Elon Musk won’t let her meet a child. He also requested the court to determine the legal father of the child.

Apparently Grimes has approached the court regarding her third child. On the other hand, Elon Musk has not yet commented on it.
