Modi government’s anti-Muslim bias has become evident worldwide, now its target is a young Muslim resident of Mumbai who has been arrested for using a picture of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb Alamgir.

20-year-old Mumbai-based Muhammad Ali posted a picture of Aurangzeb Alamgir on his WhatsApp status yesterday, after which he has been threatened with dire consequences by the extremist Hindu organization Sakal Hindu Samaj.

Instead of taking action against the extremist Hindu organization, the Indian police became helpless in front of it and arrested the young man out of fear.

It should be noted that after Iknath Shinde from Shiv Sena became the Chief Minister, anti-Muslim sentiments have increased in this state and there is a wave of concern among Indian Muslims due to increasing extremist activities.

Earlier in February this year, the extremist government had changed the name of Aurangabad, Osmanabad to Hindu style.
