Abdul Qahar Balkhi, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan, has said in a statement issued on Wednesday evening that “During the meeting, Amir Khan Muttaqi told Asif Durrani that “Afghans will never harm anyone. We will not allow anyone to use our territory against any other country.’
