A group of people in the Dwarka area of ​​the capital of India, New Delhi, has tortured a female pilot of IndiGo Airlines and her husband for keeping a 10-year-old girl at work and beating her.

In videos that have gone viral on social media, a woman wearing a pilot’s uniform can be seen being tortured by the gang.

In one video, men and women can be seen slapping the female pilot and dragging her by the hair. The female pilot says ‘sorry’ several times but the torture continues.

According to NDTV, Indigo Airlines has suspended the female pilot and started an investigation against her.

In one of the same videos, the husband of the female pilot can be seen being tortured and in one such video, a man can be heard telling the angry crowd that ‘she (the female pilot) will die.’

According to Indian media, the female pilot and her husband hired the 10-year-old girl two months ago and a few days ago, a relative of the girl saw signs of torture on her body, after which a complaint was filed with the police.

According to reports, the girl was tortured on suspicion of theft. The female pilot and her husband have been taken into custody by the police and a case has also been registered.

Child labor is a crime under Indian law. Harsh Vardhan, a senior police officer from Dwarka, told NDTV that he also saw burn marks on the 10-year-old girl’s hands.
