In the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, the Income Tax Department has raided the house of a YouTuber whose income from his YouTube channel is 1 crore Indian rupees.
According to NDTV, during the raid at the YouTuber’s house, the Income Tax Department officials found 24 lakh Indian rupees.
According to the Income Tax officials, a YouTuber named Taslim is being investigated, who has been running a YouTube channel for many years and is earning around INR 1 crore from it.
The YouTuber is accused of making money illegally, but his family has denied the allegation.
YouTuber Taslim belongs to Bareilly. He makes videos on YouTube on the subject of share market.
His brother Feroze says that Taslim makes videos on the subject of the share market and also pays taxes from his income.
He said that his brother runs a YouTube channel called ‘Trading Hub 3.0’. He has already paid Rs 4 lakh as tax from his income of Rs 1 crore 20 lakh from YouTube.
According to Feroze, ‘We don’t do anything wrong. We run our YouTube channel and it earns us good income which is true. This raid is a formal conspiracy.
Apart from Taslim’s brother, his mother also says that her son is being illegally implicated in the matter.
