A shocking incident of murder has taken place in the Indian city of Mumbai in which the accused killed his partner and then boiled his body parts in a pressure cooker.
The incident has brought to mind the murder of Shraddha Walker, who was killed last year by her accomplice Aftab Poonawalla, whose body parts were kept in a freezer and buried in the forest.
According to Indian TV channel NDTV, an official of the Nayanagar police station said that the body of the victim, identified as 32-year-old Saraswati Vaidya, was found on the seventh floor of a residential building in Geetanagar area on Wednesday night. But found in his apartment.
According to the official, Saraswati Vaidya was in a live-in relationship with her partner Manoj Sahni, 56, for the past three years and during this time the couple was living in a rented flat.
Residents of the residential building complained to the police about the foul smell coming from Vaidya Manoj’s apartment.
