Civil: A dog-like robot created by South Korean scientists has claimed the title of the fastest four-legged robot by covering a distance of 328 feet in 19.87 seconds.
According to Guinness World Records, a dog-like robot made by Korea’s The Dynamic Robot Control and Design Laboratory has won the record for covering a distance of 100 meters in the shortest time.
The robot covered this distance at an average speed of 18.12 km per hour.
The robot’s designer, Young Ha-shin, told Guinness World Records that it can go even faster in simulation, but it has not yet been tested in the real world.
