Kolkata: On the occasion of the first wedding anniversary, the husband bought his wife a plot on the moon.

According to Indian media, Sanjay Mahato, a resident of Jhargram district in the state of West Bengal, bought an acre of land on Chand for 10,000 rupees and gifted it to his wife. They gave this gift on the occasion of their first wedding anniversary.

According to Sanjay, he had promised to bring the moon to his wife, which he fulfilled in the form of a plot. With the help of a friend, he bought a plot on the moon from Luna Society International after waiting for a year. He also showed the registry of the plot.

It is impossible to own anything in the galaxy, but websites on the internet still sell pieces of the moon to people. A resident of Rajasthan bought his wife three acres of land on the moon for their wedding anniversary in 2020. The plot was gifted.

Earlier, late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput also claimed to have bought a piece on the moon in 2018.
