Buenos Aires: In the South American country of Argentina, about 2,000 people dressed as Spider-Man have come together to try to set a world record.

According to influencer Yuki Diene, the crowd at a memorial in the capital, Buenos Aires, may have reached 3,000, but there were not enough officials to count the number of participants.

The purpose of the gathering was to break the record set by 685 people in Malaysia in June this year who dressed up as Spider-Man.

However, the evidence for the attempt has yet to be reviewed by Guinness World Records.

Yuki Diene said participants loaded long-term storage food into a truck and donated it to a local charity.
