1 cup Bajra/Kambu millet flour ¼ cup ghee plus if required ¼ cup heaped sugar ¼ teaspoon salt 1 cardamom ¼ teaspoon Baking powder

Directions
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Meanwhile, add powdered sugar with cardamom and salt.

In a bowl, mix the millet flour, powdered sugar mixture and baking powder well.

Gradually add ¼ cup ghee while continuing to stir and rub in.

You may need more ghee, so keep some on hand. You may need 1-2 more tablespoons of ghee. The dough should be stiff and without cracks. No water or milk is needed, just knead the dough in ghee.

Divide into 10 equal-sized balls and flatten slightly.

Place the balls on a baking sheet, sprinkle with flour, flatten into cookies, bake at 190 degrees for 14-15 minutes and cool on a wire rack. Serve.
