Shortly after launching its mid-range smartphone Z9, iQoo is reportedly planning to launch a new Turbo version. Leaks and rumors about the yet-to-be-announced smartphone began to surface on the internet. The latest leak about the smartphone revealed the display, chipset, and a few other important details.
iQoo Z9 Turbo: leaked features
Digital Chat Station has published a new post on Weibo revealing important details about the iQoo Z9 Turbo. According to the post, the iQoo Z9 Turbo is estimated to have a 1.5K display and will be equipped with the following hardware: Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and 6000mAh battery.
Recent leaks have suggested that the phone will support 144Hz refresh rate, 50MP dual camera setup and 80W fast charging support.
However, iQoo has not confirmed the official release date or an event regarding its launch. But we expect this to happen in the coming days or weeks.
On the other hand, iQoo launched the Z9 5G last week in two color options (Graphene Blue and Brushed Green) at a starting price of Rs 19,999 for the base 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant.
The smartphone has a 6.67 inch FHD + AMOLED 120Hz screen, 1800 nits maximum brightness and DT-Star2 Plus Glass protection. The phone runs MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset with Mali G610 GPU.
Apart from this, the smartphone is equipped with 8 GB RAM and two storage options: 128 GB and 256 GB. It also comes with a microSD card slot for storage expansion.
The phone runs Android 14 operating system with FunTouch OS14 custom skin.
