After the dissolution of the Management Committee, appointments have been made to run the affairs of the PCB.

According to the sources, the former director of PCB International Zakir Khan has returned. Zakir Khan was given the charge of Director Academies.

Sources say that Janidzia has been given the additional responsibilities of Director Domestic. Permanent appointments to the posts will be made after the election of the Chairman PCB.

The Management Committee approved the PCB Board of Governors.

The Board of Governors includes Zaka Ashraf and Mustafa Ramde while representatives from Peshawar, Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi regions have been included.

The BoG will include representatives from four departments. Members of SNGPL, Sui Southern Gas, WAPDA and Research Laboratory will participate.

According to PCB, the management committee will be considered dissolved after the election of the board of governors. The PCB Election Commissioner will perform the duties till the elections.

A notification was issued by the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination to de-notify the PCB Management Committee.
