Tehran: Pakistan’s Ahsan Ramzan won the U-21 Snooker Championship.

Pakistan’s cueist Ahsan Ramzan won the U-21 snooker championship by defeating Iran’s Milad in the final.

In the final match, National Quest won 5-2.

The Pakistani cueist won the first four frames, followed by the Iranian cueist who won two, before Ahsan outclassed his opponent in the seventh frame.

Ahsan won the decider 46-48, 5-70, 6-61, 29-62, 71-30, 67-55 and 27-101.

Ahsan Ramzan is the first Pakistani wicketkeeper to win the Asian Under-21 Championship, Farhan Mirza has played twice in the past while Haris Tahir and Majid Ali have played in the final once.
