This type of Maharashtrian sari needs no introduction. The traditional Marathi sari style was earlier worn by men and women and has nine yards of elegance. They are also known as Lugade or Kaashtha. These products, which are generally worn at invitations and weddings and whose flowing patterns always attract attention, are available in satin, cotton and silk fabrics in bright color tones that are clean, tidy, comfortable and breathable. Earlier, tribal women wore them up to their knees, while coastal fishermen used to cover them like Kacham so that they could move more easily in the water.
