,Lone manDespite the controversy four days after its release, it did well at the box office with a worldwide collection of INR375 in four days of its release.

The domestic box office collections went up to Rs 16 crore and Rs 10.7 crore on 20 June and 21 June respectively. The five-day domestic box office collection was INR247.8 crore.

To boost sales, the makers have reduced the ticket prices to Rs 150. The new prices will be applicable on June 22 and June 23.

The Prabhas, Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan starrer – which is a retelling of the mythological epic Ramayana – has stirred controversy over the dialogues. It faced the wrath of angry viewers for the ‘pedestrian’ language used in the film.

The film’s writer Manoj Muntashir has got security cover from the Mumbai Police citing a threat to his life amidst controversies. The film was banned in Nepal because of the line in which Janaki/Sita was called the daughter of India.
