Iqra Aziz Dons Rastah
In an Instagram post shared on Friday, Iqra Aziz wore a 97 Paradise Suede Varsity jacket from fashion brand Rastah. With a set of sports smiles and adorable poses, she wore a jacket over a red top, covering the vibrancy with black fabric and white stitching from the Rasta article.
The brand describes the piece as an impressive blend of gorgeous materials and colors. Made from premium suede and leather, the jacket emulates something refined with the edges. The logo patch below the right shoulder reads “Money in my heart” in Urdu. The piece is decorated with many sleeve patches, scattered with a splash of colours over a black layout.
A tufted embroidery patch spreads out on the back, highlighting the phrase “Gangsters Paradise” and the number 97, both sewn into the Urdu script. Designed to fit the sleeves, the jacket offers a boxy look for the wearer, giving the impression of both fit and loose style.
Launched in 2018 by Zain, Adnan and Ishmail Ahmad, Rastah is moving forward across the entire fashion scene both locally and internationally. In December, the brand added another name to its star-studded catalogue of its worshippers: Indian rap icon Yo-yo Honey Singh.
In a post shared on Instagram, Rastah showed off Honey Singh wearing an impressive emerald green leather suit, saying, “Yo-Yo Honey Singh is wearing an emerald green leather suit with custom embroidered details.” I captioned it. It symbolizes the brand’s spirit of creating unconventional yet luxurious pieces with jackets priced at over 4,000 US dollars.
The outstanding piece, the jacket is made from green hair-on-leather and features a cropped, structured silhouette that exudes urban sophistication. The hand-applied collar decorated with metallic studs provides a simple design and texture contrast, while the handmade polymer clay zip adds an unexpected artistic and abstract touch. The fully lined jacket for versatility is designed for both comfort and impact, making it a piece of any trendy wardrobe statement.
Paired with the jacket are wide-legged trousers that further enhance the ensemble status to rich coding. With a smooth, light reflective texture, the pants boast an iridescent luster, adding movement and fluidity to the appearance. A relaxed fit ensures ease of wear without compromising style, but simple button closure keeps the design clean. Completed with the appearance, Honey Sin is decorated with black leather gloves and his signature rectangular framed glasses.
