According to Emirates Daily, the Ministry of Interior says that citizens of 45 countries can obtain a local driving license by showing their country’s driving license while staying in the UAE.

South Korean entities will get this facility. They can obtain a local driving license by showing their country’s driving license while staying in the UAE. They will be issued local license without interview or practical.

There are 27 countries that recognize the UAE driver’s license or issue a local driver’s license after viewing an Emirati driver’s license. They include China, United Kingdom, South Korea and European countries.

Emirati citizens can obtain a Korean driving license by showing their driving license while staying in South Korea.

The Emirati Ministry of Interior said in a statement that ‘Citizens of 45 countries can drive on their country’s driving license during tourism or obtain an Emirati license by showing their driving license during their stay in the Emirates.’

These countries include Estonia, Albania, Portugal, China, Hungary, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Greece, Slovakia, Serbia, Slovenia, Cyprus, Latvia, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Iceland, Malta, Montenegro, USA, France, Japan, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Ireland, Spain, Norway, New Zealand, Romania, Singapore, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Denmark, Turkey, Canada, Poland. , Ireland, Austria, Finland, South Korea, Canada, Israel and Azerbaijan.
