Emirates Air will operate additional flights to several countries including Pakistan, India and Bangladesh ahead of Hajj and Eid-ul-Adha.
According to Emirates Al-Youm, Emirates Air has said that it has been decided to start more flights in view of the increase in bookings these days due to Hajj and Umrah.
Emirates has decided to operate additional Hajj flights after Saudi Arabia canceled the limited Hajj quota due to the Corona epidemic.
Ten more flights to Jeddah are being launched while Boeing 777s have been earmarked for Hajj flights till July 7.
Emirates Air will continue to operate scheduled flights separately. Emirates Air has made it mandatory for those traveling on Hajj flights to get the Corona vaccine while banning the travel of people above the age of twelve years.
Apart from Jeddah, Emirates Air is also operating additional daily flights to Madinah Munawara.
Emirates Air has said that ‘Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Thailand, Senegal, Cote d’Ivoire, Mauritius and South Africa are getting more bookings.’
Emirates Air will operate 34 additional flights to all airports in the region during Eid al-Adha.
Emirates Air expects that ‘about 78,000 people will travel to countries in the region on its flights during the Eid al-Adha holidays.’
Emirates Air says it has arranged additional flights to India, Pakistan, Thailand, Philippines, United Kingdom, France, United States, Lebanon, Jordan and Dubai due to a 20 percent increase in demand this year compared to 2022. ‘
