Jamshid Shermehd, a dual citizen of Germany and Iran who has been sentenced to death in Tehran, has been accused by his daughter of eight Iranian officials of ‘crimes against humanity’.

Earlier, Jamshed Shermahd, a dual citizen, was sentenced to death in February 2023, which was later upheld by Iran’s Supreme Court in April.

Jamshed was convicted of involvement in an April 2008 attack in the southern city of Shiraz that killed 14 people.
