Emirates Group has announced a five percent increase in the salaries of its employees. Implementation will be from July 1, 2023.

According to Emirates Daily, Emirates Group has increased the salaries of its employees in view of rising inflation and economic costs around the world.

The increase will apply to all Emirates Group employees worldwide, including in Dubai.

Emirates Group employees in Dubai will also receive additional money in house rent and transport allowance.

The basic pay will increase by five percent while the educational allowance will increase by ten percent from September.

Emirates Group says that the base salary of the overseas employees will be increased in proportion to the increase in economic spending in each region.

Fixed Allowance will also be subject to change due to local market conditions.

Emirates Group says that special allowance will also be given to UAE nationals.

Emirates Air, Danata hired new employees at the end of the last financial year to expand the airline’s air operations.

The total number of employees of Emirates Group reached 120,379 with a twenty percent increase. They belong to more than 160 countries.

Emirates Group has hired more than 17,000 new employees during the current financial year. The move was made due to record revenue.
