Sources say that Indian Talal, who is likely to participate in the auction, resides in the UAE. He has three villas in this area.
The price of one square foot marble villa has reached 12,500 dirhams, which is double the price of other villas registered in Tilal Al emirate. The most expensive house sold here in August 2022 was for AED 210 million.
