A video of an Egyptian citizen who has been distributing free breakfast to passers-by for 45 years is viral on social media in Egypt.
According to the Al-Masrid website, it can be seen in the viral video that the Egyptian citizen is decorating the table with breakfast items and giving free breakfast to everyone who passes by.
Breakfast includes paneer, halawah (a sweet dish made from sesame seeds), salad, and tomiya (Arabic fritters made from lentils).
The Egyptian citizen providing free breakfast is also reciting the verse of the Holy Quran in which Allah praises the one who feeds the needy.
The Egyptian citizen inquires before every passer-by what he likes for breakfast. Breakfast is served according to his choice.
It can be seen in the video that many people are also seen helping the Egyptian citizen in preparing breakfast.
