In case you didn’t already know when National Girlfriend Day was, it is August 1.

While this holiday can be interpreted in various ways, it is still one of the cutest holidays ever to celebrate with the important women in your life. If you are romantically linked to a lovely lady in your life, it is always fun to shower her with love, gifts, and attention. 

Or, if you are single, but do so happen to have the best group of gal pals around, it is also always fun to get brunch with them, grab drinks with them, or have slumber parties with them. It really doesn’t matter what the activity is, as long as you are showing your girlfriends (romantic or platonic) that you appreciate having them in your life.
