Karachi: Pakistan’s famous actress Mahira Khan is trending on social media, she tied the knot with her close friend Saleem Karim yesterday whose videos are going viral.
Mahira Khan was dressed in an expensive white lehenga on her wedding day, while her groom Mian Salim Kareem wore a black sherwani.
The actress’s husband Salim Kareem is not from the showbiz industry, but he is the Chief Executive Officer of the start-up company ‘SimPaisa’, his company provides its facilities to businessmen of various sectors in more than 15 countries.
Salim Karim graduated with a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario in 2005 and was associated with an Italian company for 9 years before starting his own business.
Mahira Khan and Saleem Kareem first met in 2017 at the launch of a television application called Tap Maid, while some reports also say that the actress got engaged to Saleem Kareem in Turkey in 2019.

She always kept Saleem Kareem and her relationship away from the media while in the year 2020, the actress confirmed for the first time that she is in a relationship with someone.
Now, some time before her marriage, Mahira Khan confirmed her affair with Salim Karim in an exclusive conversation with famous artiste Samina Pirzada.
It should be noted that Mahira Khan’s first marriage took place in 2007 with Ali Askari, with whom the actress also has a son Azlan, but her first marriage lasted only for 8 years and was divorced in 2015.
