A sessions court in Lahore on Friday issued a non-bailable arrest warrant to TikToker Ayesha Akram for non-appearance in the harassment case.
On August 14 last year, female tik tok player Ayesha Akram was harassed by a mob at Minar Pakistan. A case of the incident was registered in PS Lari Ada on the complaint of Ayesha.
In the written order of the case issued on Friday, the court said that the non-bailable arrest warrant of Ayesha Akram has been issued for her continued non-appearance in the court in the harassment case.
The Station Head Officer (SHO) concerned has been directed to arrest Ayesha and other witnesses and produce them before the Sessions Court.
The hearing of the case was adjourned till January 5, 2023.
On the previous hearing, the sessions court had charged the accused in the Tik Tok case of harassing Ayesha at Minar Pakistan.
While hearing the Tik Takkar Ayesha harassment case, the court indicted the accused Rambo, Asad Azmat, Muhammad Bilal and others.
However, the accused who were presented in the court denied the indictment.
