Archies Directed by Zoya Akhtar has become another much awaited film of this year. Shahrukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan will debut with this film. Apart from him, Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda and Boney Kapoor’s daughter Khushi Kapoor will also be seen in the film. Other celebs including Aditi ‘Dot’ Sehgal, Mihir Ahuja, Vedang Raina and Yuvraj Menda will also prove their acting prowess. The film is scheduled to premiere on Netflix on December 7, 2023. Actress Khushi Kapoor recently revealed how she bonded with her co-stars on the shooting sets. Furthermore, she also talked about the similarities with her character Betty in ‘The Archies’.

In a recent interaction, ‘The Archies’ fame Khushi Kapoor talked about her equation with her co-stars. Khushi said it didn’t take much time to bond with her co-stars as they were busy shooting. In his words:

“We were forced to spend so much time together, and just going through the same experiences brought us so close. I think especially doing acting workshops together made us open and vulnerable with each other. I think by the end of the shoot we were walking everywhere together in a little bunch.”

The actress was further asked what kind of similarities she has with her character Betty from the film The Archies. Answering the question, Khushi revealed:

‘I’d like to think so. I think we were cast because our characters had a lot in common. There’s a lot about Betty that I see in myself too, and I think the more I played with her, I discovered that.

“I think she’s very sweet and empathetic but also sensitive at times. And she’s really caring, but sometimes she can put other people’s needs before her own. So, I think the more I played her characters, I started identifying with parts of her”, she added.
