Actually, Karan Johar was looking for an actor for the role of Aman, the second lead of his first film ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, but at that time no actor was ready to play this character. At that time Salman had helped Karan Johar.

In the chat show of Sajid Khan and Riteish Deshmukh, Karan mentioned this anecdote and told that Salman has a heart of gold and he never hesitates to help anyone. Karan said- “Everyone was refusing me for this role and due to this I was going into depression. At the same time I went to Chunky Pandey’s party, where I met Salman Khan. I told him that no one wants to do this role. On this Salman said that I will do this role. I respect your father a lot. I narrated the first part of the film to him and he agreed for the role. I told him to listen to the second part of the film as well because you are in that part. But he said yes to the film without hearing it.

Salman has helped others too
Let us tell you that this is not the first time that Salman has helped a filmmaker. According to reports, Salman was the first choice for Aditya Chopra’s film ‘Chak De India’, but he told Aditya Chopra that Shahrukh Khan will be right for this. After this Shahrukh played this role and it became one of the successful films of his career. Something similar happened with ‘Dangal’. According to reports, Salman was the first choice for this film too, but he suggested the name of Aamir Khan to the makers of the film and said that no one else can play this character better than Aamir.
