Mumbai: India’s legendary actor Rajinikanth will also watch World Cup matches on Golden Ticket.

The Board of Cricket in India (BCCI) shared a picture of Rajinikanth with the golden ticket of the World Cup on its social media.

The BCC said in the post that the legendary Rajinikanth rules millions of hearts through his unparalleled acting, transcending language and culture. He will watch the matches as our special guest in Cricket World Cup 2023 matches. Rajinikanth has been presented with a golden ticket for the World Cup.

Golden ticket to Rajinikanth was presented by Jay Shah, Secretary of BCCI and Chairman of Asian Cricket Council. Earlier, BCCI has also offered gold ticket to Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan.

The ODI Cricket World Cup will start from October 5 in India. Pakistan cricket team will play their first match against Holland on October 6. The match between traditional rivals Pakistan and India will be played on October 14 in Ahmedabad.
