PartyNextdoor recently responded to recent comments from the imprisoned singer, aiming for Diss Track at Tory Lanez.
On the evening of February 26th, the party used Instagram Live to summon an unknown rival to make their feelings clear. “I’m not all n*gga friends,” he declared. In the snippet, the party sings.
Additionally, the party dealt with comparisons with Young Thugs and took a jab at Lanes to mimic Meek Mill’s style. “You said I sound like a thug,” the party continued.
The party did not specify what led to a conflict with Lanes, but it appears to stem from his recent praise during a prison video call where Tory “f*cking partynextdoor showed his best work of 2025.”
However, hours after teasing Dis, the party retreated and apologised for his reaction. He explained in his Instagram story that he was told about Lanez’s comments but that he had never seen the video himself. After seeing it, the party said, “You didn’t say anything I wouldn’t say myself… Now I saw it, so I was wrong. The city is getting stronger together.”
His ongoing prison sentence has not stopped his musical career, but it remains to be seen how Raines will respond.
