TV actor and reality show star Paras Chhabra rose to fame after his stint in ‘Bigg Boss 13’. During his stay inside the controversial house, he grew close to co-contestant Mahira Sharma, while his alleged then girlfriend Akanksha Puri was waiting for him outside. The actor’s growing closeness with Mahira became the reason for his bad relationship with Akanksha.
While Paras claimed that he had broken up with Akanksha before entering the reality show, Paras denied it. She accused him of cheating on her. Akanksha also claimed to handle his expenses, sending him clothes and expensive shoes, including red shoes, when he was inside the glass-walled house. Recently, Akanksha participated in ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’, in which she revealed that she still has not found a way out from Paras. Now, the actor has reacted to the same.
Paras Chhabra expressed his opinion on Akanksha’s ‘closure statement’
Sharing his side of the story, Paras said that he does not intend to talk about his past relationships, especially about Akanksha. But since the topic has been raised once again, he has opted to respond. The ‘Splitsvilla 5’ winner revealed that his relationship with Akanksha ended three to four years ago and now their relationship is over.
In the same conversation, Paras said that he is surprised that even after becoming the winner of a show like ‘Swayamvar: Mika Di Wohti’, Akanksha is talking about him. He also opened up on the red shoes incident which happened when he was inside the BB house.
The actor said, “Interestingly, not many people know that the red shoes that Akanksha sent me in the ‘Bigg Boss 13’ house and which she claimed were worth Rs 80 thousand, were actually someone else’s. There were collab-shoes made by a random person.” , That person had also asked me for money. When I came out of the show, I had Rs 2100. Those shoes were not real. Besides, Akanksha never spent anything on me during our dating days.”
Paras called Akanksha a ‘manipulator’ and accused her of using his name and their relationship on ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’. He also shared that he is enjoying the single hood because he is now able to make friends, which was not possible when he was in a love relationship.
