Dubai: More than 150 works of Arab art across media, including paintings, sculpture, drawings, installations and works on paper and spanning 80 years of creativity from 1939 to 2023, will be presented at Christie’s London this summer, from July 20 to August 1. 23. The exhibition “Modern and Contemporary Art in the Arab World” will be held in two distinct sections – “Kawkab: Illuminations from the Barjeel Art Foundation” and “Reimagining Emirati Art: Hassan Sharif and Contemporary Voices”.
