Famous playback singer of Indian music industry, Shreya Ghoshal wins everyone’s heart with her melodious voice. Throughout her career, she has won many awards for her singing including several National Film Awards and Filmfare Awards. According to viral reports, Shreya Ghoshal will soon be seen as a judge in the show ‘Indian Idol 14’. Sharing about her association with the show, Shreya revealed that she is keen to nurture raw talent. Apart from Shreya, judges Kumar Sanu and Vishal Dadlani also talked about the methodology they adopt as judges on the show Indian Idol.

Shreya Ghoshal joins ‘Indian Idol 14’ as a permanent judge

Popular singer Shreya Ghoshal will be a part of Indian Idol 14′ along with Kumar Sanu and Vishal Dadlani. This trio together will form the judge panel of the show. The judges will favor the raw or trained talent of several aspiring singers. Reportedly, Hussain Kuwajerwala will be making his comeback as host in season 14 of the show. As a judge, Shreya will correct the singing of the contestants and set an example for them.

The three judges of the show spoke openly about their methodology

During a conversation, Shreya talked about the versatility of the popular reality show ‘Indian Idol’. Shreya said:

“Since its inception, Indian Idol has been synonymous with discovering and nurturing exceptional singing talent. My relationship with this show is very deep, personally and emotionally.

Revealing about the methodology, Vishal, the second judge of the show, mentioned that he would motivate the aspiring singers and provide constructive feedback.

Vishal said: “The fantastic voices that we heard in the audition stage have the power to evoke a whole range of emotions in the listener. I always look for authenticity in a contestant – be it in their voice or in the journey that has brought them to this prestigious national platform, which has served as a launchpad for many before them.

The show’s senior-most judge, Kumar Sanu, spoke through anecdotes about instructing the artistes and his life-long experience in the music industry.
