The BBMAs 2023 finally happened on Sunday and we can’t keep calm. Morgan Wallen won big with 11 awards, while Taylor Swift won 10. The BBMAs 2023 were streamed live on BBMA Watch from various locations around the world on Sunday, November 19.

What made this year’s format unique and clear was that it was only the ceremony Online, Giving all the artists a chance to get out of the confines of a big stage. The online format got their creative juices flowing as audiences around the world watched the stunning and sexy stage set-up, from a rooftop backdrop to an underwater stage.

Billboard Music Awards 2023: Who won the big prize!

Five girl group, New Jeans, wowed the audience with their performance and won the title of Top Global K-Pop Artist, defeating BTS’s Jimin, Stray Kids, Tomorrow X Together and Twice.

BTS star Jungkook won the Top Global K-pop Singer trophy for his recently released single, Seven.

Morgan Wallen took home an impressive 11 awards, including Top Male Artist, Top Hot 100 Artist, Top Streaming Song Artist, and Top Country Artist.

Taylor Swift matched the numbers with Drake as both took home 10 trophies each. It is noteworthy that Swift was nominated in 20 categories. He gave a big thank you to his fans in a pre-recorded 49-second long video after the win.

‘None of this would have happened without you…I’m so honored that you made the Era’s Tour so magical this year.’ She finished with a heartwarming smile. ‘I feel like the luckiest man in the world.’

The BBMAs were a star-studded event and ended with glitz, glamor and glory.
