While the filmgoers around the world are eagerly waiting for the upcoming film ‘Oppenheimer’ by the famous British-American film director, Pakistan is also seeing a buzz for this film.
Advance bookings are being made for Oppenheimer in theaters around the world and advance tickets for this film are being sold rapidly in the ‘Sineplex Cinema’ also located in the capital Islamabad.
In this regard, while talking to Urdu News on Tuesday, a representative of Sniplex Cinema said that 50 percent of the tickets of all the halls have been sold for the shows on the first day of Oppenheimer’s release. The number of tickets sold in advance is around 450.
Oppenheimer’s release is still a few days away, after which it can be hoped that Christopher Nolan’s film will manage to take a big opening in Pakistan as well.
Similarly, bookings for Oppenheimer in India are also going on in full swing.
On Monday, the journalist of the website ‘Pink Villa’, Hamish Minkid, reported that more than 90 thousand advance tickets have been booked for Oppenheimer in three major cinemas in India, after which the grand opening of the film is expected on Friday.
On the other hand, no final decision could be made for the release of this film in Japan.
Before the film’s release, there were reports on social media that Oppenheimer’s release was banned in Japan, however, according to the website Yahoo News UK, ‘The release of the film (producers) has not been delayed in Japan, but it is true that Oppenheimer’s release in Japan has not been confirmed. The film is releasing worldwide on July 21 and if it is released in Japan, it will be released after some time.’

Note that the reason this film was not released in Japan is that this film is based on the life circumstances of the inventor of the atomic bomb, J. Robert Oppenheimer. When the United States dropped atomic bombs on the two Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in World War II, both bombs were designed by J. Robert Oppenheimer and his team.
It should be noted that the release of Oppenheimer in Vietnam has been banned due to the political conflict between China, Vietnam and the Philippines.
On the other hand, if we talk about the Oppenheimer film, its main cast includes Irish actors Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt, Matt Damon, Robert Downey Jr., Jack Quaid and Florence Pudge.
