Jemima Goldsmith’s ex-wife of Pakistan’s former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s film ‘What’s Love Got to Do With It’ has won four National Awards.
In a post on photo and video sharing platform Instagram on Tuesday, Jemima Goldsmith confirmed that her film has bagged four National Awards.
Jemima Goldsmith wrote in her post that ‘No one wants to praise themselves, but wow wow wow. We have won four National Film Awards for our film What’s Love Got to Do With It and I am very grateful and happy.’
He further wrote that his film won Best Screenplay, Best British Film, Best Director and Best Supporting Actor awards.
Jemima Goldsmith won Best Screenplay Award, Shekhar Kapur Best Director Award and Asim Chaudhary Best Supporting Actor Award in this film.

What’s Love Got To Do With It is a British film released on 24 February this year, directed by Shekhar Kapur and produced by Jemima Goldsmith.

What’s Love Got To Do With It is a romantic drama film that revolves around a Pakistani and a British family who are looking for a relationship, the trailer of the film shows a beautiful blend of Pakistani and British culture.
The film stars Lily James, Shehzad Latif, Shabana Azmi, Sajal Ali, Asim Chaudhary and Emma Thompson in lead roles.
Apart from UK and Pakistan, the film was also released in Australia.

Jemima Goldsmith’s Instagram post is also seeing comments from users.
