Kourtney Kardashian and Kendra Wilkinson face a fierce backlash after attending a protest against the disposal of dangerous fire waste at the Calabasas landfill. The two stars were photographed with protesters holding a sign that read, “We’ll throw away toxic waste in Kettleman Hills and Buttonwillo, not at our home or school.”

Critics quickly accused them of advocating for dumping waste in low-income areas rather than in their own wealthy areas. Social media broke out with comments denounce their stance.

Kendra Wilkinson initially shared unedited photos on social media, but later cut out the autograph, burning more controversy. Kourtney Kardashian, who was previously criticized for excessive water use during the California drought, also faced accusations of hypocrisy.

During the protest, Kardashian conducted an interview urging officials to “protect Calabasa and find a safer and better place” for the toxic debris.

She later doubled on Instagram, claiming that fire waste should be transported to “a desert where there are no harmful people.”

However, critics argued that simply relocating dangerous goods does not resolve the environmental crisis and will shift the burden on already vulnerable communities.

The protest came after LA County Superior Court Judge Stephen Goorvitch refused an injunction halting the disposal of landfills. Despite legal boredom, local residents (including Kardashian and Wilkinson) continue their campaign against toxic waste stored near their homes.
