Gaga officially helped kick off the Olympics with a rousing number, while Dion ended the ceremony by lighting a cauldron.
In a statement on social media, Dionne wrote that she was “honored” to perform at the opening ceremony and “so full of joy to be back in one of my very favorite cities!”
